Shipping & Handling
We offer worldwide shipping through UPS. You will be given a choice of shipping method through UPS with instant pricing provided by UPS. Due to high demand and short staff all ground orders received by 11:00 AM EST may be shipped the same day, if not then the following business day. We offer UPS Ground, Next Day Air A.M., Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air A.M., 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and UPS Standard to Canada.
Online orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 11:00 AM EST to be processed the same day. If UPS-Red (Overnight) is selected on an order received after 11:00 AM EST on Friday that order will be shipped Overnight for Monday delivery unless “Special Saturday Delivery” is specified by the customer via Phone Call Only. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Special Saturday Delivery not Available for online orders. Online Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. No collect or 3rd party shipping currently available.

Delivery Delays
Delays caused by a system outage beyond the control of UPS may cause a disruptions to UPS WorldPort Global Air HUb in the United States. As a result some shipments may experience unavoidable delays.
Contigency plans are in place and UPS is working to move shipments to their final destination as quickly as conditions permit. Visit ups.com to track the status of your shipment.
